Terms of service
Orders and acceptance
An order is confirmed only when payment is received or, for approved credit accounts, when we issue a written order acknowledgement. Bulk pricing quoted is valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
Pricing and taxes
All prices are in Indian rupees and exclusive of GST unless stated. Freight is charged at actuals for bulk consignments outside Karnataka.
Delivery
Stocked lines dispatch within 48 working hours. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.
Product use
Buyers must confirm suitability of a pack for their specific food product, temperature and shelf life. Compostable products require industrial composting facilities.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied. Jurisdiction: courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
