Refund and cancellation policy
Cancellations
Retail orders can be cancelled free of charge until dispatch. Bulk orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation; after production or custom printing begins, cancellation is not possible.
Damaged or incorrect goods
Report shortages, damage or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer carton and contents. We replace or credit verified claims at our cost.
Returns
Unopened retail packs may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Food-contact goods that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Custom-printed stock is non-returnable.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7–10 working days. Quote your order reference in all correspondence.
