Privacy policy

What we collect
Contact details you submit through our enquiry, quote, KYC and checkout forms: name, business name, email, phone, delivery address, and for bulk accounts GSTIN and PAN.
How we protect it
GSTIN and PAN are encrypted before storage and are never returned to the browser in full. All customer records sit behind row-level access controls, and only verified R3S staff accounts can read them. Payment card data is handled entirely by Razorpay and is never stored by us.
Why we hold it
To quote, invoice, dispatch and support your orders, and to meet GST and tax record-keeping obligations. We do not sell customer data.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and withdraw the consent you gave at KYC. Write to rbs@r3spackaging.in and we will respond within 30 days. Erasure requests are honoured except where tax law requires retention.
